I mean, do not touch pimples at all You may think "cool, I get rid of it" but you're just spreading all that gunk and bacteria on other parts of your skin Plus, I think a popped pimple can't heal well so it may leave a scar If you really hate pimples, get hydrocholoid patches (or something like that), it hides the pimple and prevents you from picking it
