I had a similar experience & I bought a prepaidbrTracfone The phone was for $75 & the unlimitedbr talk & text for 1 year is $200 brIt's my emergency phone, but it works like bra charm, & I give it to friends & relatives brvisiting from overseas, so they don't have brto get a SIM card for their phone brHighly recommend it!:-)

iPhone 14 was released during Mercury Retro and 14 is naturally Mercury's numerology number I always avoid buying things on Wednesday too due to my Natal Mercury Retro and it helps me a lot I always regret everything I buy on Wednesday or things that arrive on Wednesday usually cause problems for me or came incomplete

This is very TRUE with mercury retrograde I am aries ascendant person and have retro & combust mercury in 7th house along with venus, moon and pluto in my natal chart I have been observing for past 5 yesrs during every mercury retrograde The day before or the day after or the day of mercury retrograde had always been giving me technical glitches that hinders normal functioning of mobile phones, TV, Tablet device, laptop mouse/ TouchPad, and Bank account becoming inoperative I got to notice this pattern accidently a couple of years back and found that these sort of problems always occurred on any of the three days as I stated above

just in case this is an advice i hear (i dont have an iphone) theres a setting thats called panic mode or something similar i dont know if its activated by default though you have to quickly press 3 times the side button and it will call emergencies i hope its useful for someone
