These what kind of games are made that way so that performance pc should not have an advantage on a lower performance pc so the graphics settings doesn't have too much difference rather ur game will be a little sharp looking

The difference seems to be irrelevant for the gameplay, most are shaders and ambient occlusion, but the real low settings must have the resolution scale at 30😂 i was playing like this when i had the 750ti, and it was a pain to play like this, enemy at more than 100 m was just a bunch of pixel With the resolution scale at 100 i only got 30/40 fps But now fortunately i have a 1070ti🔥i get 100 fps with ultra settings
