The problem with some games like that is that they are console ports, and some of their settings that are exclusive on pc are not optimized at all, so you either play with console settings or you don't play at all, like if you use settings that are not optimized on consoles they most likely are not gonna run well on pc

I have a i5-6300 which doesn't even meet the minimum requirement for a processor A 960 GTX and 16gb or ram I get on average 35-45 frames on low and get mad frame drops to 15-20fps Any one have a solution for this?

I find this game sometimes running my CPU at 100 which causes from stuttering, so I have to close the game and load it up again, sometimes I have to do that at least 5times before the cpu runs at a normal 80-90 while playing and 30 in menus and in garage

Settings are weird in NFSHeat, I did what you said it was bad, turned more things to ultra and it was fine and running greatweird optimization
