Just tapped on the app to launch it and it give new a screen saying “ you were signed out of your google account Sign in again to continue” so I press next and it takes me to a screen that has a box for you to input your email but I can’t input my email it literally doesn’t even bring up the keyboard so I can remove the wrong email and put the correct one … the phone is updated , on any other app it works perfectly it has to be google play itself

Thanks! I couldn't download an app on my Android After watching this, what worked for me was pressing: 1 Settings 2 Apps 3 Google Play Store 4 Disable and Force Stop As soon as I did this, a new version of Play Store loaded After looking around different screens on my phone, I couldn't find my Play Store icon I went back to the Play Store app, opened it up, pressed enable The icon reappeared, I was able to download apps again Thanks Kundan Subscribed!

What my issue was having one of my google mail accounts requesting me to sign in, once i removed that google account from my phone it stops the restart loopbrbrIf you have an account gmail is asking you to sign back into for what ever reason it can cause this issue
