It appears your doing project management for a marketing firm That's what Im most interested in From 1997 to 2015 I managed all projects for 3 small businesses without computer software One of my crews was remanufacturing multiple transmission simultaneously I wrote and perfected all standard operating procedures to eliminate mistakes and injuries This crew became the largest and most accurate producers in our area within the first year 1997 We produced several hundred units per year and in addition completed thousands of smaller repair projects This came in handy when I decide to fix & flip houses years later Meanwhile I also handled all marketing projects for the company Compared to physical product projects with the danger of injury and loss of expensive parts and supplies etc The marketing projects were always way less stress and even fun by comparison There is also more opportunity for creativity in marketing Thank you for making this video It looks like a Reel about the Real ;-)

I’m a project manager and I hate it Despise it Great money though I really do not recommend this job for anyone but I am in the utility industry so maybe it’s not reflective of PM work with other types of firms

Tweak is a banned word in Project Management btw It's CHANGE Once you use this language your scope control will become so much better Also, for any prospective PM's - a lot of the job will become commercial contracts management through CEMAR or other such NEC4 tools to track EWN's, CE's, prolongations/ deferrals & risk reductions This role is quite reminiscant of a project admin role or junior PM (assistant PM) if you're job hunting Full PM roles will also have legal responsibilities, particularly under CDM regs if your in construction
