Gotta respect Ramsay (always trust your Gordon's) I knew most of these things, many learned the hard way, but I did learn a few things Rice on the other hand I always trust to my 25 year old Zojirushi rice cooker I cook Basmati rice in the rice cooker adding about 40 percent more water and it comes out absolutely perfect every time I'm of German/Italian descent but I will put 1 small piece of dried kelp per cup in my rice for a soft bit of aroma and that works for me I really enjoyed the video, thanks Gordon !!
