Every single Youtuber I've heard talk about using their link to sign up to Bybit only mention it real quick and always give a warning about leverage trading and usually discourage people from doing it I've never seen anyone "schilling" it or spending much time on it at all beyond maybe making 1 video describing how it works Maybe there are some out there who do pressure their viewers but it certainly isnt Zombie or Lark Those are the 2 I watch regularly I've seen many many more in passing though and have never ever felt pressured, mislead or deceived or even heard it mentioned much This is a non-problem A nothing-burger

It would be interesting to know how many US individuls are using Bybit using a VPN and how that is allowable I think it should start there with a cracdkown of these leverage futures trading institutions You might see them die off if they loose half of there clientel to a US restriction That also brings an intersting question if the CFTC supports fair and equal trading both on the long and short side If I am a small time everyday NY state resident I am unbale to short Bitcoin This is a clear commpetative disadvange This is why the popularity of sites like Bybit since there is no legal way to short the market for small time retail investor all you need is a simple VPN and 50$ you can short the market So word to the CFTC coinbase or any US regulated institutions come out with a product to short the bitcoin market legally This is only fair
