Moving forward Act has not passed Senate I am invested in WKHS and feel they are likely to win part of the contract, but there is no guarantee This sounds like rehashed from dozens on videos I watched already Not sure why nobody mentions that Moving Forward has not passed the senate there is no 75 electric requirement yet
