I am right there right now stress is staring to have affects on my body Its had an effect on my mind for a long time I have realized some changes need to be made It's starting with work and the toxic environment and people I am surrounded with I have deal with toxicity for years and years in my work environment I can no longer do that This video is great motivation Change is difficult but I am starting with some steps

My case is a health issue that just showed up a few months ago FAST BPM that shoots up the heart once a day How to tell your brain your fine? I do some meditation, exercise and try to stay positive but it scary I don't want to depend on drugs Just looking for a solution and hope someone can help me?
