All of my Alexa devices will not let me add music to my playlists My HUSBAND is able to, though Alexa says, "Something went wrong when trying to add to your playlist Please try again later" I can play music, ask for weather and the time, set timers and alarms, etc--I just can't add music It's like Alexa is ignoring me and sucking up to my husband!😂 Does anyone have an idea what's going on? My issue / if anyone can help/ brI’m just trying to change it to a different WiFi in my house, but when I follow the directions in the app, for this specific one, it will not show the Wi-Fi that I need to connect to It just stays connected to the old one (which still works by the way, but I want to change it to a different Wi-Fi in my house)br— if anyone has any suggestions or help, it would be greatly appreciated🙏🏼

I have an Echo 4th Generation and it forgot one of my groups/routines! My smart plugs (Feit) aren't Alexa Compatible but I was able to set them up a year ago for lights Now it doesn't even list the routine! WTH? I'm about ready to factory reset at this point So frustrating!

One common issue I often have with my Echo Dots is the Echo Dots that is further away vs the one closest to me answers me One time I was in the hallway on my third floor surrounded by 5 Echo Dots (one in each room) and Echo Dot on the second floor on the opposite side of my house answered
