I am a survivor of domestic violence and one thing I never heard u say is that you completely took yourself off all social media including Instagram and all other social media outlets and change your phone number you shouldn't have to do that but sometimes that's the only way you can escape from the madness! Live your life off your phone and your life will prosper!! A lot of times people growing up in the social media era think that's all life is is social media and believe me it's an addiction that I think if we tried distancing ourselves from our lives would be more wholesome!!
