it doesnt work at all it says that my battery is at 100 but i unplugged it and it turned off ur no help

didn't work it showed be percentage available and "plugged in" after this instead of "3 min to full charge" but after a little bit went back to "3 min to full charge"

Surface book would not detach as battery 1 was 0 Followed the process and worked fine Since there are two batteries there are 2 "compliant control method battery" and for me I removed the second one and by "luck" it was battery 1 Process worked like a charm FYI Had the computer plugged in the whole time

I have tried all of these tips and tricks: taking out the battery, doing a hard reset, draining the battery, updating the drivers, disabling the drivers, updating the bios Sometimes you just have to do a hard reset on your pc and wipe all your apps and files before fixing the problem This last thing is the only thing that worked for me

This problem is more than drivers its a bug in windows upgrade My 2 laptop developed same problem No charging light2min to fully charge at all Most times will only charge when turned off and juggling with battery
