I have a language enhancement coming up tomorrow and I am hesitant to continue and go there because I am very insecure about using another language and also my communication skills is not very decent but I really want to improve myself and the fact that I am not getting any younger adds up the pressure I felt But as I watched your video I am grateful I found it at this moment because what you said about allowing oneself to be uncomfortable til you become uncomfortable makes really sense to me And started to tell myself I should not care about what other people think of me because I know for sure that other people are just busy minding their business also, they don't have time to mind my own business Now my motivation and eagerness to continue this language enhancement are back Thank you for making this kind of videos, you help alot❤

You obviously don't know what you are talking about Taking action doesn't give you confidence Someone sitting at home doing nothing can have confidence while a (show up every day) very dedicated athlete can have no confidence It is about your upbringing, it is a state of mind that is either there or not And growing it isn't about taking action You really shouldn't talk about things you have no knowledge on
