Citi definitely has some underrated cards The one thing that stops me from being a big fan of their ecosystem is their small rules and quirks that can be really annoying For example, them taking away certain Mastercard benefits like cell phone protection (particularly on the Custom Cash) as well as the fact that they don't allow you to transfer points from your Custom Cash to a family member or spouse's account Those are just the annoying little things that I've come across so far, but they do have some powerful cards, particularly with their earning categories Great video Kevin!
