Xidax sells junk I had a custom built premium laptop $3000, it had all the upgrades Get the laptop, turn it on, green vertical lines when I moved the mouse Sent it back They said they were going to repair it, by sending it to California I said, so you are going to sell me a refurbished laptop for 3k? Well they don't replace with new ones, but for a $600 restocking fee I could get a refund So they tell me later a plug came loose, asked if they could fix it there, or wait a month to let California do it I said, well I think even your capable of plugging something in Sooo I get their POS back No vertical lines, yay But! When playing a game the avatars on the screen shake 🤦 it's an RTX3070 graphic card So now I have to send it back once again Get another repair done because the cheap bastards wouldn't replace the broken piece of crap the first time I mean I literally told them about the vertical lines 15 minutes after it was delivered STAY AWAY FROM XIDAX

Would just like to add that Xidax does not manufacture the "Xidax" coolers or RAM but puts their nameplate on them Not saying they are bad parts, but Xidax does not manufacture them in-house to my knowledge

Xidax has terrible customer service Your warranty you agree to (lifetime) they can use refurbished parts, many have been faulty according to a lot of reviews I’ve cancelled my order with them and started my own build You’ll save tons of money -$800 worth I went from a $2k Xidax PC build to one I’m doing myself for $1300 Still waiting on my refund, which I was lied to and said that was taken care of, but it never got cancelled and the PC wasn’t even built by the shipment date I got it, covid19 is going on But I’m not making excuses for you guys Build your own PC folks

I bought a prebuilt back in 2016 for $780 and I have yet to upgrade a single thing to it and Amy game I play runs a smooth 60-110 fps So it boils down to what you buy in a prebuilt package obviously

Put in around $1400 bucks into my pc which has a gtx 1080(used got it for $328 they're going for around $350 now), a i7 8700k and 16gigs of ram basically the works and just thinking someone would honestly pay $1750 bucks for that is just sad If anyone wants a good price to performance either build your own or go to nzxt, xidax isnt worth it

M2 is a form factor so you're not going guaranteed to see a speed boost from SSD(25in drive) to M2 but rather SATA to NVMe (there are SATA M2 slots on some motherboards) I'm sure you know this so just clarification for people that may not realise

There are some pre-builts that offer an incredible value I don't see the problem getting one these days if you just don't want to build your own Sure, it's usually always cheaper to do it yourself but I get it if you're lazy and want some super clean cable management

Nice on the knowledge your helping people understand researching a pre-built and what they will getmy 1st gaming pc was an ibuypower had shipped to Wal-Mart and picked it upwas a nzxt case with Asus b350 mb8g adata ram600w antec power supplyryzen 7 1700xmsi gtx 1070 8g ddr5 graphics card a 240g ssd not sure branda 1 tb hddrgb light strip at top 2 nzxt case fans 1front ,1backI intentionally took a loss on ram to get it for 1446$ I later added 16g ram totalling to 24put and cooler from my new 2700x on the 1700x added 2x thermaltake ring fans in the top added 4port 30 sub in front and have the build right around 1600$ this p rebuilt is roughly 2 yrs old I've since did my 1st build and appreciate your vids and other tube teckies because you guys have taught me a lot I recently built for round 2000$ thermaltake view 31 caseAsus prime x470 pro mb with crucial 500g m2 nvme drive for op2x 4tb drives for games ryzen 7 2700xcoolermaster 240ml rad 5coolermaster rgb case fans g skill 1250w power supply2x16g g skill trident z rgb totaling 32g at 3200mhza gigabyte rtx 2060was my 1st ever build hence putting the included amd prizm cooler on my prebuilt 1700x to help on cooling and do away with the stock cooler that was on it but I appreciate all the knowledge you share and helped my confidence ! Keep up the good work I'm a huge fan !! And long winded but just saying I agree to do the research and know what your getting for your money!! I plan to teach my 14yr old son how to build a pc one day and step up from that quad phenom with a 1050ti I gave him for his bday and teach him how to build his own one day!! Thanks man!!

I just checked out their website and did a "Build your own" PC to compare the price with my prebuilt PC (Bought 1 year ago when prices of components were still high) from a more well known company Xidax would make me pay more $ for worse components than my 1 year old PC has again, bought 1 year ago when prices were still high
