i bet this would be painful to make as a transforming toy, this is impressive but transformers at it's core is a toyline so i would prefer more simple transformations even if it isnt planned on being made into a toy, besides a more simple transformation is more realistic anyway haha

This is not a 3D transformation but a true physical robot transformation, the work you did is extreme I hope you can work on this for films

I work in vfx and I worked for a company that made one of the transformer (I did not personally worked on it, I was on other projects) and let me tell you something Majority of the asset don't really transform, it's 2 separated assets between the humanoid form and the veichle/beast one So this is impressive to say the least
