I have a vanquis n it's awsome but don't get rewards apart from if I invite someone I am looking fora cashback credit card but it be cool as I have 3 month year old baby and I do cash back with my bank now n again depends I am not much of a spender apart for food fags and bills

Hi Andy I went ahead with a rewards credit type and was pre approved 100 on Tesco bank and 95 chance on all other cards, how do I now go about applying for a credit card, should I apply through the money saving expert website or through the individual credit card website

I must say, as an UK resident coming from HK, the whole credit cards system in UK really need to step up their games No matter how many times I try to find any good about the rewards (05?! Monese 15 is the recent best but not for all, and not credit card) offered by UK credit card, I still found it extremely trivial as compared to the rewards (36max) with all the perks offered in HK My point is, the time cost vs reward spending on UK credit card doesn't worth at all unless they improve the reward drastically My point is, only the switch offer is worth taking, other all seems quite pointless Enlighten me if I'm wrong Thanks

I'm not eligible for any cards (even the Tesco foundations showed 0 chance) but when I applied for HSBC account to get switching bonus they offered me their rewards card which gave me £25 welcomes bonus and 6 months 0 which was nice 👍 I have good credit score but v low income

Do you think opening the barclays rainy day saver/blue rewards is a good place for the stoozing pot? Especially as barclaycard is quite high on the 0 table at the moment, plus that's one of needed direct debits easily sourced
