My i5 4690k 16 gb ram GTX1070 gets around 60 fps average @1080p with everything on high but my cpu usage is maxed most of the timeYou have to have GTX1070/980ti or higher to get 60 fps @ 1080p maxed out, currently on pc for this shitty console portIt has problems on consoles as well with bad frame-timing and x1 with the game stuttering to a complete stop at times , watched IGN play it on x1 it was bad Comment from : @discernment2011
