Thanks for making a video on this topic and helping the Linux community grow! I've switched to Linux about 15 year ago, and I couldn't have been happier I only boot into Windows rarely, when I have to use some software that doesn't work in LinuxbrbrBy the way, you forgot to mention that there is an option to dual boot, which means that you can have both windows and Linux on your drive and each time you power on your computer you will get asked which one to boot into

I am a Microsoft Systems engineer, and have been a Microsoft Engineer for about 25 years I have been running Linux for about 8 years now as my primary OS I run VMware Workstation with Windows on it to support windows infrastructure I gave up on it as a primary OS

How is market share even calculated? Linux is not really a product that is sold or anything and what gets sold is most likely some stuff designed with a specific purpose that not many people buy There's also the fact almost all computers come with Windows preinstalled, do they count that? Do they count from the moment someone decides to install Linux? Is the market share just counted for companies that use Linux other than server use or just your average user?
