For those of you for whom these suggestions DID NOT WORK, I was feeling desperate I tried EVERYTHING I finally took some aluminum foil and jammed it between the charger and the port It didn't work, BUT when I removed it, its DID WORK! Not sure why, but I'll be trying again if there's a next time

My daily MBA charges fine with OEM charger, but will not charge from Magsafe 2 from Thunderbolt monitor However, my backup MBA can be charged with the OEM and Magsafe 2 from Thunderbolt monitor I've tried eraser and re-start but that didn't work
