I have not been able to find any report of anyone successfully withdrawing US dollars from MtGox to a US located bank account since April of 2013 I just initiated a withdrawal and I see that MtGox has message saying over two weeks to process I am nervous that they may be insolvent, wish someone would tell me they had successful withdrawal

"It loses its value when it is taken out of its system" How is this relevant You could apply this to anything At the end of the day a $100 bill is a piece of paper with the number 100 on it (it has more "value" than a piece of paper with $5 written on it), take it out of its "system" and it just becomes a pierce of paper
