I'm really new to plants, but so far I've been able to keep mine alive for three months I keep it in my room with an LED light that turns on an off everyday Before this video I wouldn't think it's a hard plant to keep, honestly You just have to remember to water it, and by water I mean dunk that plant in water every week I don't water it more than that, but that's because it's passed it's blooming stage When it starts to bloom I'll probably have to water it more It's honestly a nice plant to have, and a bit of a drama queen when you're late on the watering

What a great, informative video I have 1 peace lily, my first plant I moved it from soil to water in a glass It's in a north-facing window with a humidifier It's finally growing one white flower! I'm shocked But it may also have a fungal issue on one leaf brIs it possible that the change from soil to water caused an infection? I kept most of the roots

0:42 Ah yes, I see the Philippines highlighted in the map My peace lily just sprouted new leaves and they bring me a lot of joybr6:26 Yes, heat is not that big of an issue When they were given to me, the leaves were narrow and had black spots on the sides I thought the plant was going to die I have been keeping it outdoors and just leave it there no matter the weather It gets a lot of sun and rain Now, it is sprouting new, healthy, wide, beautiful leaves

Mine has some brown in itbr I took them out of the ground and loosened up the roots I did break up some of the brown but I didn't fully remove itbr It did have a ton more white roots but way smaller or very thin and extra longbrThere was black roots and I removed those but it could of been the black mesh I used as a bed for mulchbr I reported it in all purpose soil from Lowesbr I put them in a much less direct sunlightbr They seem to be doing much better now it's been over 2 daysbr They still look like they're having a bad hair daybrI'm not giving up on them

Hi, im brand new My gma gave me a peace lily as a gift When you say humid do you just mean like keep the dirt damp? My plants leaves are getting droopy and its been close to a week now In that time, ive repotted it as well as do the finger thing and its damp Im gonna try moving it to a part of my apt with an bit less light

Mine bloom non stop You have to fertilize every time you water with 1/4 strength I use Dyna Gro foliage pro Mine are in a plant room with humidifiers at 65 and lights on for 12 hours led 6000K shop lights Mine are pretty much non stop blooming from the sensation to my dominios I have a ceiling fan and one in the doorway to give my plants plenty of circulation Temps are from 78 to 82°

My peace Lilly is blooming nicely, but all the leaves are dark green apart from two that are verigated but not like yours in this video, it's white and green looks beautiful, it's not a sail as no seed centre do you know what this might mean

I really love my plant bcause it was given 2 me by 1 of my husband's neice's 4 his funeral But as of right now it's sick & I REALLLLLLLLLY don't want 2 loose it A few of the leaves have a little bit of brown on them Also Some of the stems are really skinny I'd like 2 b able 2 find a book that's not 2 expensive But as far as the video is I REALLLLLLLLLY LOVED IT😃😘💩🥰😃😘😍🥰😃😘😍

Bought three peace lily, maybe 14 months ago or moredon't know what happened but they are dying on meso much black leaves, and even when the new leaves are coming out the aren't up right and look happy they just look sad Don't know what I did wrong 😔😔

my leaves are turning brown on the edges! Also, big plant so going to take it apart and make three it's in a 10" pot Also, this past summer had it out in direct sunlight outside for about 10 minutes, it did not like this turn leaves black, and had to remove them later

I went through so many of these plants but never gave up! After trying so many places in my home I finally found the sweet spot It is the window with high light with open window blinds and it's in the room with my very large aquarium {adds humidity} Mine is now at least 4 ft now I found that putting ashes from my wood stove in it just B4 watering saves the day I think that something in Boston MA water henders it and the ashes help neutralizes the old problem
