so the 2080 Super performs just like a regular 2080, I thought it'd be more like the 1660 Super to the 1660 Ti (considering they're from the same series) that the Super would be a slightly cut down Ti for a much cheaper price since the 1660 Super and 1660 Ti are scencially the same but 1660 Super being much cheaper

the 2080 and 2080 super were good cards but the 2080ti was ridiculously overpriced I am glad its performance was brought down to 2080 super price point in the form of the 3070, although it took 4 years for that to happen due to the chip shortage and scalpers and miners who screwed everyone's 2021 fiscal year up

I'm trying to figure out how my Area 51m r1 with basic 2080 and a 9700 non K outperforms a 2080 super in the Area 51m r2 with a 10700k Even after they lowered the tdp and clock slightly The R2 I was using also had faster ram It typically gets around 5 fps more The 2080 super is a joke
