Not helpful at all!! What my iPhone is doing is that the background running apps are not closing at all no matter how you swipe! There is nothing to touch to close the app !!

When I hold the apps in my app switcher the X doesn’t appear It just does that little vibration it lifts up and goes back in place

I still can’t do it iPhone XS is so bad the only reason I bought it for is the excellent camera It’s really bad with regards to call volumes (speaker) so unless you need a great camera just stick to iPhone 6!

not anymore, in ios 12, do not have to hold anymore, it is just a swipe up and voila!! app is closed

Great video!!! When you bring up all the active windows and after you hold it down to bring up the red little circle you don’t have to click it to close, you can also swipe up like we did on other iPhones :)
