I'm actually frustrated that this info is not readily available ingamebrIt took me a long time to learn what and how a tech roll worksbrAnd just now did i learned that you can use the kick buttons as well to roll into the foregroundbrThey should implement this in T8 as part of a "Defensive fundamental" optional tutorialbrYou pretty much done most of the work required to implement it so it should be pretty easy for them

i wish default tekken had this kind of tutorial mode But harada just assumes that you are an old head that's been playing tekken since 1995 so he just assumes you already know everything about the game and wont add an actual tutorial mode

this helped me at high level i completely forgot about side step block i would always side step to save me and most times i do make a comeback for tech rolling left and side stepping all together to turn the table into my own pressure
