hello, the reason that this happens is due to a code oversight When in the game, it needs to make sure you have the content (akadlc's, weapon kits, etc) so the game runs a check every 1 second However this makes your game stutter on menu screens The simplest fix was to go in the code to change 1 second to 5 or 10 however in the recnt update they didnt

It is Steam that creates these stutters by constantly checking for DLCs if they are present and active MXT Mod menu helps but it is up to you if you want to use those things

i have that stuttering problem in the menu and in-game, plus the game only uses 01 of my gpu and i made sure it was on high performance in the graphics settings

This happens if you turn campaign off for downloading the game is broken and you must install everything you have My multiplayer menu and games are even stuck at 60fps and there is nothing i can do my main menu and zombies are ok but multiplayer is stuck idk why

so I found a slight fix if you download the full game, meaning all campaign and multi this horrendous stuttering goes away but still some menu stuttering however in game as soon as a zombie spawns the frames still drop and spike again seems like just because of a recent update so frustrating

so yeah it is steam, i played this game cracked before buying it and 0 problems besides ofc i couldnt play online but yeah try switching steam to offline mode and try ur fps U will see the difference

i have the same proble during im playing multiplayer I have low fps but when I change the mod for example zombies or campaign I got more than 100 fps, but in multiplayer 50-60 and in zombie mode 140 :(((((
