To clarify What the problem is here; when you sideload an app, it's installed as a `system` app, rather than a `user` app (those installed from the Play Store, or other official storefronts)brbrThe standard Android TV Launcher (launchers are what homescreens/desktops are called in the android ecosystem) will only display `user` apps This is the root cause of the problembrbrWhat nebula manager does is read both the installed `system` and `user` apps, whilst creating a channel (something that the Android TV API allows third party apps to do, thankfully), so you can workaround this limitation
