Today i tried to play Witcher 3 with my old GTX780Ti and now because of the good drivers update its running easily at 60fps ultra at 1080p , can even run 1440p at ultra i wasnt expecting it

And you haven't tried it Ultra with a single 970 even OC'd will get you in the mid 40's Nothing close to 60fps

Little retrospect for this game Uses almost no CPU Personally upgraded from an FX 6300 to a Xeon 1231v3 Saw no performance boost in this game (not a single frame) Massive gains in most games Ex 100 increase in GTA 5 (from 44 to 80 fps) and the same in games like WOW Basically if its a console port a cheap CPU is fine

I know you may have gotten this request already but if not when Star Citizen finally releases (who the hell knows at this point) would you mind doing a similar video for that game? With DX12 on the way (and when optimization is implemented) I'm curios to see if we can get a way with a mid level GPU on the demanding title I'd say sticking with the same requirements 60fps at Ultra and 1080p Thanks Joker!

I have a buddy with an i7 920 @42ghz, 12GB of DDR3 and a GTX 980 that runs Witcher 3 at 1080p on Ultra no problem brbrHe built it in 2009, and the only thing he has upgraded is a 2nd SSD, Windows 10, and the GTX 980 He used to have a GTX 480brbrYou can get an i7 920 with an X58 motherboard off of ebay for around $200 Slap a Cooler Master Hyper 212 on it, and you have a beast of a rig for the price of that AMD setup It will SMOKE that FX 8320/Fatal1ty 970, in everything, not just games Pair it with a GTX 970, 980, or 980ti and you have one hell of a gaming machine

Howdy, I'm a noob builder, so decided to somewhat follow what this guy said I went with brMSI mobo 990FXA, CPU AMD FX 8320 35, 2 MSI R9 380s, 2 Crucial DDR3 1600 8g I'm a noob so maybe not doing the build exactly as he said, or maybe I'm doing something wrong with my setup The only time I get 60fps is at the beginning for the credits, as soon as I hit continue it drops to 32 and in game I run between 19 -32 and still get some lag, and that's with hairworks off ???
