Listening to these stories, I feel like I got off a little lighter, coming away from my first marriage with a modest equity settlement, finally completely blocking my ex-husband who would still bully me for money if I let him The more painful part is, 16 years of watching my younger adult son leaning ever deeper into his father's path: bitterness, grifting, lying, condescension to me and completely blocking his loving brother This month marks the first birthday he'll have when he won't be hearing from me I'm done being his dad's and his punching bag His brother and I are family now

Dr Ramani, I went through narcissist abuse by a fellow employee with a lot of education I wasn't phased that much because I responded back with a solid statement countering their actions towards me I know with the deceit, lies, manipulation tactics, and the smear campaign they ran against me, I had to respond back to counter their statements to possibly save my respect and overall self worth along with my job There was only one time in the last 2 months that the narcissist seen me but absolutely no contact between us When I noticed the narcissist after the one and only time we'd seen each other after 2 months, the narcissist was standing about 25 feet from me glaring at me as I went to my work assignment
