Another reason Scorch Shot isn't good for Flare Pyro is because it only does mini-crits when hitting burning robots, which basically hurts its DPS compare to the normal Flare Gun

Actually, Gunslinger Engie might have some viability when paired with the Widowmaker and acting as a niche tank buster Widowmaker Engies are already very good tank busters, and a Gunslinger Engie adds a pair of mini sentries to help up front, an extra dispenser and teleporter to help the team

Personally I Like using medic w quickfix due i give tons of health & revive people instantly just poping uber, And using the Amputator or Ubersaw is good choice, U can give Even more healing or More Uber, Also the Crossbow for bettter healing

My favorite thing to do on MvM with Engi is to equip the Rescue Ranger, the Pistol and the stock Wrench And after I've gotten my building upgrades and wrench swing speed, I just pump all my upgrades into my pistolbrbrSo you get the utility of the rescue ranger and the healing of the stock wrench, but can still participate in combat outside of wrangler abuse Which is useful to me because sometimes I forget when stuff spawns in Mannhattan, so being able to shoot in one direction while my sentry shoots in another is super helpfulbrbrPlus with the sheer amount of firing speed and clip size you can have on the Pistol when it's fully upgraded, you may as well be holding a handheld minigun And I'm only slightly exaggerating because of the difference in damage ramp upbrbrTry it out one day! I don't have a name for it, but it's very fun!brWarning: It's also extremely fucking loud The pistol sounds more like an assault rifle with all that firing speed

I find when I want to be minisentry engie, I just get first engie pick and silently put it on I act like a fly on a wall, placing dispenser on a normal spot, having a good two way teleporter, being an all around good teammate Right until they notice my two baby sentries And if/when questioned on it, I merely open my mic and say “I’m a proud single mother of two” And proceed to get one shot by a crit soldier giant

As a Medic main, I started seeing the use of Damage Scout for a while now There was a time I was playing Empire Escalation and this one annoying Super Scout breached our defenses and was on its way to deliver the bomb, so I healed my team's Scout alongside keeping up with him We didn't just catch up with the Super Scout, but in combination with my crit canteen we demolished the robot just before it reached the hatchbrAlso the damage output on tanks is just absurd With crits I managed to outdamage a Pyro doing the same job
