I only watched the video to see what I did wrong with my setups because they are always very slow and unstable And I found nothing I store the virtual disks on an SSD and the SSD option is checked in VirtualBox but with or without VirtualBox Guest Additions, the VM is still slow and unstable I have 8 GB RAM, AMD RX 560 GPU with 4 GB VRAM and i7-7700HQ CPU and Windows 7/81/10 should run perfectly fine on this (since VirtualBox uses its own hardware and drivers) But even XP can be unstable a lot of times And that should NOT have issues
