After Covid, I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair everyday In order to tackle this problem I took some steps to improve the situation I at first boosted my nutrition by including more protein-rich foods and nutrients Additionally, I made further adjustments I began walking for 20 minutes daily to keep myself active, and I engaged in meditation for 10 minutes each day to reduce stress Furthermore, I added the use of the littleeexstra's cocoonion hair oil into my routine I used it twice a week and left it on for 5 hours before rinsing it off with their gentle and natural shampoo and conditioner In addition, I began drinking a shot of amala juice every morning Furthermore, I made the choice to limit my smoking and drinking I now only indulge once a month for socializing Thanks to all of these adjustments, I saw a reduction in my hairfall I'd like to thank everyone for their encouragement 😛 Comment from : sharmathegreat |
