First time repairing a gameboy game It was a struggle with no prior experience I learned a lot through trial and error However, the feeling of finally getting a game to work is priceless brbrOracle of Ages had b****/b for the game file come to find out 2 pins were completely off one of the chips I had to reconnect a line back to the board and maaaan Took me nearly a day and a half to finally say I fix it Comment from : @Kyoyokodaichi |

Just a semi educated guessbut the age of these games with the dodgy solder legs, all date from around the switch from leaded to unleaded solder Unleaded solder was a pig to work with/ setup ovens for, for a good 10 years or so Comment from : @Rich77UK |

Would like your help on how to reattach a flat flex cable which has partially detached from a long strip of PCB which connects to the TCON board to the main screen controlling the left side of the screen This was noticed after replacing the backlight strips What equipment do I need, solder and so on?
