Good video Jerry You know there’s two sides of a razor blade One side cuts one side scrapes without gouging

Wonderful video I was certain that the last step was going to be applying a clear coat finish Little do I know I notice you used a lambs wool pad initially Do you feel this is always a better alternative than the foam versions that Harbor Freight sells? Can you wash the lambs wool and reuse it? Kind Regards Craig

I enjoy watching your videos brFriend of mine is a detailer and what he uses as a wax and swirl remover is Arco corn starch he says that it is much cheaper than wax and 1 box will probably do 12 car's or more

Comment from : Adam Deyton

Edmond Power
Great work, runs and sags are a pain in the butt, especially as you can't really charge for your labour time spent fixing them, I've reduced the risk by only opening my fluid tip by two full turns and thankfully I'm still getting a good finish but I accept that system may not suit everyone

MrHillfolk
When I lived in the hood, there was a Jamaican dude in the back that rented a small garage and did paint jobs for the neighborhood brActually my landlord waa my xlose buddy, and we would hang out back therebrWell, one day albert the painter musta been blind while spraying clear on a ram pickup because there must have been about 20 runs down the bed side ,like 6" long 😂brThays when i mentioned " i saw this razor blade trick, youve got nothing to lose albert" brWe scraped for a couple hours ,he wet sanded a litrle and in the end it came out pretty good brFreaks people out to mention taking a razor to it but it works great!
Comment from : MrHillfolk

Auto Body Training Solutions
The razor blade trick really works good and can keep from having to redo a panel Putting masking tape on the corners of the blade can help to avoid scratching into the clear coat Have a good weekend

Good to know there is going to be a lot of this in my future I have an off topic paint question I just bought a project truck and it has many touch ups done with spray cans do I need to sand all of this off before doing a base coat clear coat or will primer sealer or epoxy primer handle it?
Comment from : dave howland

Dennis Cliff
Excellent video! I sprayed my hot rod last summer and had several runs in the single stage enamel Now I know how to fix them Thank you
Comment from : Dennis Cliff

Vince Majestyk
Nice video! That's a really handy tip using the razor blade I remember those little 'nib' files mounted on the small wooden blocks like those sanding blocks you used The ones I've seen were mostly made in England or Germany, but I think they're all over Eastwood used to sell them a long time ago
Comment from : Vince Majestyk

Raul O
What sander was that you sanded with the 1200 grit ? Seems to be attached to a vacuum As always great work

Comment from : Monte Glover

SheerWill Survival
Soooo I finish the paint and clear 2 weeks ago I started wet sanding with 1000 and on the tape edge it turned very white I am not sure if I will have to refinish that area or the whole job I stopped to wait in your advise I still have to use 2000 and buff It’s shiny pearl white 🤷‍♂️
Comment from : SheerWill Survival

Comment from : Michelle Schmidt
