Imagine if the CCP decides to crack down on the miners in China (majority of minors), Bitcoin would be slaughtered The digital Yuan can be a threat to Bitcoin The CCP wants to implement a digital currency perhaps backed by gold Wouldn't the CCP want to remove Bitcoin if they use the digitalized Yuan Also why is no one talking about this

The bitcoin blockchain is the first time an algorithm has basically become a lifeform and created its own ecosystem around it If nobody mined bitcoin, the blockchain would have died But it's been running continually since its inception and it will continue to as long as there is the ecosystem to keep it alive It's a beautiful experiment

Bitcoin is divisible down to 100 million (once Satoshi) What does a hundred millionth of a 1 oz gold coin look like? How easy is it to tell if it's real gold? You could know anyone's balance of Bitcoin by looking up their public key! Those two issues are going to allow Bitcoin to be dominant over gold
