Bought a spy put 10/13/2023 around 10:50 am for $200 profit I just use nadaraya watson envelope, LSMA, and volume bars (5 ma length not default) It's just 2 indicators watson envelope and LSMA-least square moving average br brLSMA-least square moving average I have (20 8 low for the length offset and source) So all you do is wait for a slope up or down of the Watson Envelope and LSMA at he SAME time, with some above average volume Both WE and LSMA have to be sloping up or both have to be sloping down at the same time For SPY on 5min chart the watson envelope started sloping down after 10:10 AM 10/13/2023 and closed under the LSMA around 10:50am 10/13/2023 which is pretty much like an upgraded vwap and that started sloping down too around 10:50AM and 3rd criteria I saw the volume bar cross above that 5 MA volume black line, so I took it You guys can try that too I just draw a straight line top of candles for puts or a line connecting bottoms for calls for the exits

Hi Peachy I like the emphasis you place on education and patience ie execution and psychology If people have difficulty with going short for whatever reason, what do you think about using ETF's like TQQQ for longs and SQQQ for short? Also, what are the blue boxes on your chart? What do they represent and how do you use them?
