i took apart my laptop before watching this (i normally use on the sofa the laptop sat on a blanket) and it was pristine, no dust nothing in the fans or vents or fins i have had this laptop for 2 years

I am a hp tech support guy I used to go dor to dor as per coustomer concern and fix their hp products and in pavilion gaming laptops lots of people problem is the touchpad makes a wired sound just touching it like "tik tik" and the acreen bliding issues 😂😂

15 years ago I made the mistake of letting the fans spin - this didnt damage the bearings per se, but it did generate voltage that back fed in to the components and fried the motherboard

I hate when they use a Stephen head screw instead of a Phillips And no kidding about miniscule differences in screw sizes causing damage An old iPhone model I disassembled had 2 screws that were very very similar, but if you swapped them, it screwed right into the SoC (or part of the main board, can't remember but it killed it regardless) so make sure you take pictures/mark the screws somehow

I tried opening the fans to clean 'em up Unfortunetly,i quickly found that the fans are glued to the heatsink assemply and i didn't wanna take the heatsink off because i didn't have any thermal paste on hand and i'd rather have a qualified technician change that for me

I’m sorry but I don’t have a desk so I pretty much have to put my laptop on the bed Had it about a year now and just cleaned my fans they were not that dirty but dust was starting to cake ( go into little balls of dust ) so I cleaned it best I could Laptop is quiet as a library now
