This is misleading These are not new gen games, they are just running in backwards compatibility on Series X|S and PS5
brSo they don't have access to the new GPUs and their features, like RT, etc, just an emulated Navi GPU The marketing is very misleading, here it's made to look like it's a Series X game while it's just an Xbox One game Though it's written in small print at the end
