It is not proposed for daily or private transactions of any kind on any level But rather a "currency" in the loose sense of the world to be be exchanged by nation states to keep track of trade and a different kind of ledger of what is owed etc You need to do more research It is meant as an alternative to the world bank, the IMF, swift banking system etc that is controlled entirely by the US People don't need to have identical ideologies to do buisiness, they want to maintain sovereignty particularly in relation to the US but also in relation to each other
