The limo looks like this one from the 80s called a Hot Tub Limo, there is one called the American Dream and that one was unique from what I can tell It was restored and put into a museum But this could be a hot tub limo based off the look of the wheels and how long it is No idea how it got there but at least we know it had to have been put there anytime from the 80s to now When the limo I think it is, was created and put on the market Maybe whoever found it could find the license plate and have a trace done if possible? I hardly doubt that someone would have left the plate on it cause of them dumping it out there, but would be cool to find out
