Africa is the lowest hanging fruit regulatorily, one of the best places for disruptive mobile based technologies powered by blockchain, and one of the best places to onboard the unbanked, so it wouldn't make much sense to try to speed up adoption by attempting this in other places around the world with much greater hurdles
