As someone whos Dad got him into Tekken at a young age I saw the Tekken anime and wanted to get back into playing the game but my game knowlede completely left me and this has been so helpful at remembering certain mechanics and learn new ones i didnt know about The way you broke everything down was so easy to understand compared to some "beginner" guides ive seen that act as if you know all the terminology Cant wait to put this all into practice and start getting back into a childhood favorite franchise

this was very helpful for a complete noob like me i'm downloading and playing 7 so i can learn a little until 8 comes out, prior to this i played only 3 and 5 as a kid and even though i loved the games i would just spam a couple strong moves to beat my friends, even though these are the very basics they are still a whole new world what are some good and easy characters to learn the game as a complete beginner? i loved hworang in 3 cuz i could spam and overwhelm with kicks and devil jin in 5 cuz he was a badass and had some wild and weird moves like flying and throwing lazers :D

Tekken 7 is an interesting game, it on sale on steam right now and I really want to get it but I only have Switch Pro Controller, the controller that well known for a terrible D-PadbrThe reason I never try fighting games is because I heard you need to invest a lot of money into the arcade stick or a controller that made for this kind of games so I always view the fighting games as the games for rich people

Bought the game just yesterday and got really confused by this combo system and with getting up after taking a full combo to the face brbrThe second one frustrates me more because some characters can literally stun lock me on the ground and the round is lost If I try to counter-attack, it will not hit cuz it's slow If I don't do a thing it will just go on untill my hp reaches 0 If I try to get out, the character simply hits me again because the attack has rangebrbrThe first thing I expected to see here is how do I get out of these situations But it seems that I'll have to figure it out myselfbrbrStill, the guide was useful The sidestep, throws and throw breaks, the combo system were explained pretty well without diving deep into "professional language"

They had a great system in Tekken Dark Resurection on PSP to learn juggels and combos It was a mini game that rewarded you for using all the combos from the sample list in a random order I miss it so bad in the new Tekkens when learning a new character
