Being using 5600x with wraith cooler for about half a year Stubbornly I might addbrThe cooler simply cannot keep up with the temp when the CPU is suddenly stressed out, causing some weird random crashes and loss in performance when using Unreal 5 Engine and several games like Dota2, Warframe, and even freaking valheim brGet a cheap pipe tower cooler, the stock sucks

I recently made my first ever custom pc build with rtx 3060 and 5600x and my idle temps are 32 degrees and 40-50 degrees respectivly and in game it just goes beyond like gpu 80-90 degree and cpu 70 to 80 can you advice me how to lower my temps?

Thanks for this video! I just built my first PC and have this processor I noticed it running hide in idle So I got nervous It was running about 50°C-60°C idle and got as high as 82°C so I turned off PBO It's running cooler now I'll get another cooler later on

This video seems like it fits a better user demographic (at least mine) than larger channels who test on higher-end and hotter cpus This video was perfect as I have a 5600x and was trying decide between a single tower from Noctua or dual tower from Noctua/the Scythe Fuma 2 Great to see that the difference in single and dual tower coolers appears to be very minimal with this cpu You’ve earned a subscription

Do you think it's okay to use 34 Esport even if it doesn't cover whole cpu? For example NH-U12S or U9S can cover whole cpu but 34 Esport can cover only middle of the cpu Don't you think Noctua would be better for overall temps?

Hi, are these tests with pbo on or off? Sorry if i missed I got aresgame river 5 for my 5600x and with pbo on, cb r20 gives 4380 points and cpu hits 80celcius running at 4400mhz on all cores no throttling With pbo off cpu hits 60 celcius and gives 4000 points and cpu runs at 4099mhz on all cores Are these normal? I used thermalgrizzly kryonaut thermal paste and bios is latest on msi b550 carbon wifi Thank you

I'm currently using the stock cooler on my 5600x but I have 3 intake / 3 exhaust 120 mm fans in a p400a case I've never spiked higher than 80 and consistently run Modern Warfare Around 70 (2k res 120-144 fps) I've just ordered a BeQuiet Dark Rock Slim and I'll update as soon as it's installed! Thanks for the video, it gave me the confidence I needed to not spend $200 on a cpu cooler

Just as an FYI, the 5600X is part of the Zen3 family, and Zen3 runs at higher temperatures by design Apparently we have been living in a mentality of "anything above 70C is worrysome and worth checking for better cooling", but that is because we are used to Intel's specs For Zen3 Ryzen things go a little differently and AMD considers temperatures as high as 90C (for the 5800X/5900X/5950X) and 95C (for the 5600X) when under heavy load as absolutely normal and by designbrbrSource: search for "Robert Hallock's response to all Zen 3 thermal concerns" and you will find AMD's official response to the matter

When I use the Wraith Stealth Cooler, my 5600x is idling at around 50-60 and when I do gaming it goes up to more than 95° and it restarts my PC brbrIdk why this is happening I tried reapplying the thermal paste twice Also I'm in a tropical environment with room temperature around 29° or more I'm also using an MSI B550 A- PRO motherboard
