I have an issue I’ve an acer aspire 7 with a rtx 3050, 144hz display, i5 1240p, 32 gb ram, 500 gb ssd and 1 tera hd and this laptop is connected with a monitor that has 60 hz The problem is when the laptop is connected with the monitor cause after 1 hour of using my pc stutters all the time, but when i use the laptop display the stutters disappear Some advice of how to fix this issue?

when I have the fps set to unlimited i can run the game above 60 no problem like 70-110 and never goes below 60 but the second I set the max fps to 60 the fps drops are constant and below 60 with lots of stuttering

Hey bro I have a really good pc with i9 12900k and 3080ti Ddr 5 ram and 1200w psu Everything on paper is compatible so no issue there However, if im playing any game which is giving me 80fps or even 100 the game is unplayable While panning the camera the game has so much stutter and judder The fps are constant but low fps is really bad on my system I use rtss to cap frames on some games but that doesn’t solve anything for me Do you know what might be causing this
