I’ve had tinnitus in my left ear for 30 plus years now,I have learnt to ignore the high pitch as there is nothing I can do about it I’ve tried literally everything to reduce it but nothing has worked for me If I didn’t ignore it I think I would have ended up in a psychiatric ward But if this helps some people that’s great,I listened to it for 5 minutes and it didn’t help unfortunately Maybe one day science will figure out a way of permanently removing it from our bodies

I’ve had tinnitus going on 10 years, I feel sad that I might suffer from this till the end of my days I miss life before it, I hope that I can one day see a cure in my lifetime This frequency almost matches my sounds but my sound is more like in waves , lows and highs Anyway for those that are just experiencing tinnitus, I can’t say it will all be ok You will learn to live with it and there will be good and bad days Days you might forget you have it cuz your occupied and days you lay in bed not being able to stand it Don’t give up, maybe one day we’ll see a cure

I remember the first day I ever had Tinnitus I was 20 years old, I just stepped off of a US Air Force B-52 after completing a Bombing mission over North Vietnam I had been seated in a very confined space a few feet behind the Pilot of the Plane with my left ear a few inches away from the Fuselage and the #3 & 4 engines that had been Whining at a very high pitch for the last 7 or 8 hours bWhen I exited the plane I was confused as to why I still heard the engines whining when they were no longer running !/b br bThis was in October of 1967 and I am still on that old B-52 to this very day !/b

For someone who has tinnitus, there is nothing wrong in listening to these sound therapy It helps you a lot since it diverts your brain into listening to other noises What I would suggest to those who suffer from it is keep believing that this is temporary and just continue with your normal day routine The more you think and focus on your tinnitus, the more anxious you will get and the more you will hear the sound Stay away from stress as it will help you a lot from recovering In over a month of experiencing it, I have seen significant improvement that I can barely hear the noise anymore Cheer up and keep praying!

I don't have ringing, what I do have, sounds just like that sound was at the very beginning of the video For a long long time, I actually thought it WAS crickets and insects outside I was hearing Until one day I thought to myself, it's too cold for them to be outside, and I plugged my ears and the sound was still there at the same volume It's usually only there in the morning when I wake up though

Haha what a load of rubbish! This doesn't work at all! It's just replicating the sound in your ear! My tinnitus is just as bad! I'll do what I normally do and just listen to the sound in my ears! You get use to it after a while and the sound just goes! And everyone who says this works is deluded! 😂

I can make the volume pretty low and a frequency in there still works About 1/3 on my phone But the tinnitus is very intrusive during the day Interestingly, after the second covid shot I had a micro stroke leaving me deaf in my right ear, partially and intermittently blind in my left eye and have difficulty swallowing Wouldn’t you know it, hearing in that right ear is virtually gone but the tinnitus there is still loud and clear

My tinnitus came on about a year and a half ago and it has been absolutely horrible (Sensitive topic warning), it has been so intense that there have been times I’ve thought of game overing my life No worries, I’m safe and dealing It just has been an incredibly difficult road and the audiologist I go to has been so dismissive “Oh, there’s nothing wrong, it’s just something that happens and you’re in no danger, it’s benign” I’ve tried many things, nothing makes it stop For someone with an extreme anxiety and panic disorder, who is already sensitive to loud noises, it is not benign It is, on some days, crippling and on others it’s just maddening It’s never quiet anymore I’m giving this a try with hopes it will help

For 10 of you make sure you go on a strict no salt no chocolate no caffeine diet, make sure your BMI is at normal weight It could be inflammation of your interior blood vessels and veins pressing against your inner ear
