Im not talking about taking pictures of children but other than that it is not against the law to take pictures of people in public U choose what u decide to wear out in public and its the first amendment to take pictures of anything in public with the exception of kids thats a whole different story Although i had a walmart worker try to take a picture under my wife skirt but i seen it coming long before he got the chance and he ran to the back and the workers actually protected him instead of helping me Should have beat the shit out of him until the police showed up but was on parole at the time
