I think a lot of people can relate to this but I'm like those people who even try to do simplest of steps feels harder to do and be motivated besides the emotional damage I've been getting from my mom, I think an easier way to get motivated is to find a way to how we can try to motivate to do even the most simplest of things that feel hard to do :pp

Listen the only thing you need to study is just two tips 1- use your phone and set a timer and study that subject let’s say your studying for example science study a lesson give it whatever time you want for example one hour or 30minutes try to complete that lesson in that amount of time 2- use the first tip to complete that lesson so you will want to study the next one Hope this helps a few people ❤
