Dont do this guys lol I accidentally spilled water on mine's, and somehow got inside the charging port so I wasnt able to charge it for a while because it would always say moisture error I had to google and look for youtube videos just to get out of it Literally I thought my phone is duped if the battery will run out

Fell in the river and mine seems to be alright I had a warning saying moisture in the charging port don't charge I put it in front of a fan and I went away and I'm able to charge my phone so I don't think anything is damaged

I like that IPX8 is only tested for like submersion in 15 meters offresh water for 30 minutes but the phone happily dealt with hundreds of pounds of water falling on to it in that river test
