I’ve had my Venture X for nearly a year, and I love it I used the return protection benefit a couple of months back and found their Customer Support to be wonderful I hope it remains the same They were kind and well-informed Sorry for the ones who haven’t had the same experience with Capital One’s customer support brbrTheir travel portal has been competitive and while there was a learning curve for me to figure out how to maximize on travel partners and points, I have found the Venture X to be user-friendly with an easy to navigate interface brbrPlus the Capital One cafes give you 1/2 off your drink My caffeinated self is also a happy camper (Only beneficial if there is a Capital One Cafe around you, there aren’t that many)brbrAll in all, I’m definitely keeping the Venture X in my wallet ;)

Small note on the Capital One Quicksilver Card the images shown were for the QuicksilverOne which has an annual fee of $39 and no welcome bonus, so just be aware that there's a difference there

I 100 agree with your #1 recommendation, Venture X This card is a must, even if you only travel 2 times a year The lounge access alone makes this card worth it

The dining and Huber credits for the Amex Gold card are monthly $1000 a piece every month If you don't use those services in any given month you don't get to roll it over to the next unless you use those two services on a regular basis or at least once a month, the $24000 annual credit allowance is worth nothing

Does anyone know if the BILT MC will issue points if you use the routing/account number for payment of your mortgage? I keep receiving conflicting information I spoke with someone at BILT and they said that my mortgage payment wouldn’t earn me points However per the app it looks as if I have Also people in this thread have said they have paid their mortgage and they have gotten the points Someone please help! I essentially opened this account just for that reason and now it looks as if it won’t work

My first Bilt card was BIN attacked It was replaced Just last week, which was one month since I’ve had the 2nd card, Wells Fargo decided to intentionally cancel it and reissue it because the determined that even this replacement one was susceptible to BIN attacks I am losing faith in the card I will not keep it open if it needs to be reissued on any kind of recurring basis

I have a lot of low tier credit cards I guess just cards with no real benefit other than a credit limit and I haven’t always taken care of my credit Now I have a better job and am paying off my balances and was wondering when my credit score goes up and I can get better cards should I keep the old ones or cancel them? I know it removes credit history but I didn’t know if there was a benefit to keeping them open Thank you!
